How do I start?
A goal is what you want to change. A challenge is the action and schedule that makes it concrete. Start with one. In the iPhone app, talk or type to FIREBIRD, or create a challenge yourself.
How do check-ins work?
Describe what you did. Review which challenges FIREBIRD matched before saving. You can correct the text and matches. A receipt records what you submitted; it does not independently verify the activity.
How do I invite someone?
Open a challenge and choose Invite. Share its link with one person or a group. They can see what they are joining before signing in. iOS testers also need TestFlight access. A challenge link alone does not install a TestFlight build.
How do hosted programs work?
The fictional preview lets you edit seven days, publish a demo sales page, simulate joining and payment, submit evidence, receive a receipt and respond as the host. No money moves. Use fictional information.
Can I catch up on a missed day?
In a seven-day hosted program, earlier tasks remain open through the program and for seven days afterward. A missed day does not erase your earlier receipts.
Where does host feedback appear?
Open Your week, choose the day you submitted, and look beneath your check-in. Only your submitted program evidence is visible to the host. Refresh to load a new response.
What about refunds?
The demo includes simulated requests and refunds. Real sales are not open yet. Each real program must show its refund terms before purchase. A refund ends access to new submissions but keeps your historical receipts.
Can I write, talk or photograph my journal?
The iPhone journal supports typed entries, voice transcription and photographs for transcription. Review and edit a transcript before relying on it. Browser dictation depends on your device and browser; typing is always available. Read the privacy page for where processing happens.
Does FIREBIRD read my whole journal?
No. Open a weekly reflection and choose the entries or check-ins you want to include. Nothing is selected for you. You can also save your answers without AI. Chat does not automatically read your journal. Photo transcription has its own permission. Read how AI processing works, including provider retention.
Something did not save or the assistant got it wrong?
Keep the app installed. Check your record before repeating an action. Settings shows queued updates waiting to sync. Send us the build number, what you tried, and what happened; leave out private journal content unless you choose to share it.
